With the application management Process the quality of application management processes is determined. Goal is to give an expert opinion on how the various ASL 2-processes are performed within the application management organization, determining strengths and weaknesses and the desired necessary improvements.




Applicability scan:
This assessment has added value in particular for organizations with little or no knowledge of ASL 2, if there is a need to improve the maintenance and management processes, and understanding is needed on how the internal processes are performed and/or an expert opinion is needed.
