Since René Sieders retired Frank has been the new director-owner of The Lifecycle Company.

Frank is active in two areas. On the one hand supporting the implementation and professionalization of Business Information Management, in which Frank has practical experience in implementation of operational business information management. On the other hand, he is active in solving information management related issues. Recent assignments have been carried out at the Dutch Ministry of internal affairs, Hanze University of applied science, Dutch Tax Office, ProRail, Dutch National Police, Rijnstate Hospital, Windesheim University of applied science, Dunea, ABN AMRO Bank, SNS Bank and Elisabeth Hospital.

Frank regularly publishes articles on IT governance and is a co-author of the BiSL-framework book. He is closely involved in the promotion and further development of the BiSL library. Further, he is a regular tutor and guest tutor at the Masters Degree program of the University of Applied Sciences Utrecht.
